With more than 5 years of experience working in the IT industry mainly on the data center environment. He’s been working in Japan for more or less than 5 years now and his responsibilities in his previous job was to do the basic troubleshooting, staking and racking, as well as the mapping up of the network cables and do support as well. He also mentioned that he did infra management like the asset and customer management and do ticket management.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has a good skill in asset and vendor management. He has a solid experience as well in data center and has experience in installing cisco devices like the routers, switches, and some of the servers. He is also planning to take certification again for cisco since his previous certificate is now expired.
