With more than 18 years of experience working in the IT industry. He said that he’s been working and living in Japan for 8 years now with his family. He said that he has so much experience in the IT field and had an experience working as a system engineer and work in the network sector. He also worked as an IT support engineer and currently working as a Data center Ops senior specialist. His role is to provide support in the data center, do troubleshoot the devices, do the repairs, and it’s maintenance.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has a good skill in providing data center onsite support and been managing the servers which he does the troubleshooting, repairs, emergency change, as well as the inventory. He has 3 years of overall working experience in the data center environment and been doing the racking, cabling, and the patching. He has a certification from Microsoft, CCNA, and planning to take the CCNP this year.
