1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently living in Osaka, Japan and is currently working at XXXX as a Data Center Ops Senior Associate where she is responsible for L1 troubleshooting and also sustaining their clients in their data center, also do ticketing, break-fix, rack and stack, and network installation. She first started to work as a Customer Service Representative at XXXX way back in the Philippines. After that, she joined XXXX as a Japanese-speaking Technical Support Representative where she handled XXXX products. She also worked as a resort ambassadress for XXXX where she interacted and assisted their clients. Another work in the Philippines is as a Bilingual Facilities Helpdesk for XXXX, client is XXXX where they supported their employees around APAC. After this, she moved back to Japan and worked as an English Teacher for XXXX. After this, she took the time to do self-learning in IT and with the help of his husband who happens to be a senior IT.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be network installation since she’s more exposed in this. She is also strong with break-fix, has been doing these for almost 2 years now. Also involved mostly with client support. When it comes to data center skills, experiences and knowledge, she can rate herself a 7 out of 10 since there are always more to learn.
