Originally graduated as a graphic designer where he did visual arts and magazines. After this, he switched to IT and joined XXXX as a Server Build Technician where he was hired by XXXX. He is responsible there for troubleshooting, diagnosing servers/switches, make the data center operational in general, support teams like logistics and networking teams. These are also most of his responsibilities in his current work as a Data Center Specialist for XXXX.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be hardware side and has been working on since the start of his career in the XXXX. He is very passionate with troubleshooting as well and has done this personally for family and friends aside from his professional career. Rates himself a 4-4.5 out of 5 in working with hardware.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 5-6 years of experience in data center engineering; experienced this in both XXXX and XXXX. Strong with fiber cables and has done lots of it in IBM including fiber cabling and troubleshooting with switches. He still do this in XXXX but not as often because they have another department assigned for networking. He is proficient with replacing some transceivers, fiber/CAT cables, and can say that he’s a solid 4 in it. Has Linux certification and says he is very comfortable working with it. He also has experience with CLI interfaces.
