1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has a total of 15 years of experience in the IT Industry. Started off as an MIS for a hotel resort way back in Philippines and after that, joined XXXX as an MIS Supervisor where he was responsible for IT infrastructures and IT equipments. After that, migrated to Japan and was accepted to XXXX as a Data Center Engineer where he was mainly responsible for building the data center from ground up, bare metal configurations, network configurations, infrastructure cooling systems, and also maintain the system flow and process of installations/provisioning of their equipment. He is currently working now with XXXX as a Data Center Engineer, he’s one of the pioneers of the XXXX cloud system and cloud data center. Right now, they are only doing minimal maintenance and do some ticket requests.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be on the servers and the networks; he is mostly proficient with infrastructure. Do lots of break fix with multiple kinds of components and these are included in his daily responsibilities. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 in working with IT infrastructure.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 8 years of experience in the data center environment. He is good with fiber cabling and testing of optical fiber cables since this is a part of network infrastructure which he mostly works on lately. Majority of their software in XXXX is Linux-based so he’s very familiar with it. Has a CCNA but is expired now, planning to renew it soon. Fine with travel/commute to Chiba since his office/resident is only Tokyo.
