1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off with XXXX in Tokyo where he worked in the data center and the networking, all the infrastructure side. After that, he joined XXXX as a Data Center Engineer where they worked on migrating two data center to different locations and demolish the older data center and build new data center as well as maintain the whole process. He is currently with XXXX as a Data Center Operation Engineer.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be in the data center industry since he has been working in this industry for several years now. He is also good with cabling, designing of rack, troubleshooting, and all the management inside the data centers. Can rate himself a 4-5 out of 5 when it comes to data center in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 8 years of experience in the data center environment. He is also good with fiber cabling and testing of optical fiber cables since this is included in his daily responsibilities. Knowledgeable with Linux since he has handled HP and Dell before. Has CCNA certification and would be open to travel/commute to Chiba.
