He started working as a Service Engineer at XXXX where he did more like a field engineer regarding desktops, implementation of new devices, and later on was assigned as a Network Administrator for the same company. He then transferred to Japan and joined XXXX for a 3-month contract as a DCO Engineer where he did troubleshooting of servers, drive crashing, and working with optical cables. He is currently working with XXXX as a DC Specialist in which he is responsible for the data center design, which and where to put their devices, network availability, connection of servers, etc.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his problem-solving skills and can easily identify problems, as well as find solutions for them. For cabling, he can give himself a 3-4 out of 5 since he already have the knowledge and theory and is now looking for actual practice.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Has 5+ years of experience in the data center environment. Knowledgeable with testing of optical fiber cables and did some cabling as well before. Knowledgeable with Linux and can rate himself a 7 out of 10 in it. Has basic knowledge of routing protocols.
