1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is living and working in Japan for about 5 years now. He first started as a Software Engineer (Frontend Developer) at XXXX. After this, he found his interest in the cloud infrastructure and joined IBM as a server build technician for almost 2 years. He is currently working at XXXX as a DCO Server Engineer where he was responsible for taking care of servers and network devices, do break-fix and any kind of troubleshoot, they also support logistics/install team and also sometimes help with the decommissioning of racks. Way back in Bangladesh, most of his jobs are in the developer side.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his problem-solving skills when it comes to infrastructural issues; it could be troubleshooting, building data center from scratch, handling operation, and everything related to infrastructure. Can rate himself a 4 out of 5 in data center in general since he still has lots of things to learn.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has 3+ years of experience in the data center industry. Proficient with fiber cabling and testing of optical fiber cables because this is included in his daily responsibilities/tasks; can rate himself a 4/5 in this area. Knowledgeable with Linux and CLI since they are mostly using it in their daily work.
