1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His first job was with XXXX as a Team Leader/IT Helpdesk and was offered a job in Japan; he joined XXXX as a Supervisory System IT Specialist where he did troubleshoot hardware and software issues by the hotel employees. After that, he was a Field Systems and Network Engineer at XXXX where did lots of IT troubleshooting. His last company was XXXX where he was an Intermediate Data Center Engineer where he was assigned in one of their big clients, Morgan Stanley, where he did data center support mainly for rack and stack, break-fix, and do spare parts inventory inside the data center. They also did daily audits for their spare parts and data center equipment. He is currently a full-time freelancer where he mostly does break-fix and rack/stack for lots of his projects.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his knowledge and experience with data center; has been working in this industry for about 10+ years. Can rate himself a 3/5 in terms of his knowledge and experience with data center since there is always more to learn in it.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has 12+ years of experience in the data center industry, has been doing this way back in the Philippines during his first job with ePLDT. He is also proficient with fiber cabling and testing of optical fiber cables. Also good and knowledgeable with using Linux and CLI. Had trainings for Cisco CCNA.
