   He has over 8 years of experience in IT industry. Graduated in Information Technology in XXXX college. He started his first job working as IT Support specialist at XXXX, there he was responsible in handling support tickets and troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows, Mac OS, operating systems, and server-side tasks. He later moves to XXXX as a Technical Support primarily handling customer management for hardware and networking services. He transitions as IT Helpdesk at XXXX, which also involves hardware and software troubleshooting and replacing components such as laptops, desktops, and printers, focusing on individual user support. Recently, he worked in a hospitality company as an IT Support at XXXX which he was involved in troubleshooting network issues, switches, firewalls, VPN and resolving system problems. He was also responsible for troubleshooting operating systems from Windows, macOS, to Linux. He also assisting end users with desktop issues through communication.
