Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After graduation, he worked in the sales industry before switching to IT industry last 2009. He first started his IT career at XXXX as an IT Helpdesk where everything was really new to him since he just shifted to the IT Industry. But eventually, he did learn the IT work and joined XXXX as an Associate Engineer where he handled Cisco routers, servers, and attaching the end devices for network equipment. After that, he joined XXXX as a Service Desk where their customer was XXXX. Later on, he found this opportunity with XXXX where he worked on VoIP server configuration based on XXXX systems. Then he needed to go back to Osaka and joined XXXX as a Remote Hands Engineer where they are working for XXXX data center and he is working with server rack bolting, cable testing, and basic iMac support. Aside from his full time role, he also has a part time role currently with XXXX as an Onsite helpdesk support.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be troubleshooting and his knowledge of working at data center. His daily responsibilities in XXXX is to satisfy the needs of their end users, keep the SLA 100%, involved as well with rack servers, decommissioning, and break-fix.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Has 3+ years of experience in the data center industry and can do fiber cabling and testing of optical fiber cables as well. Knowledgeable with Linux and CLI since he is doing the basics on it already in current role. Took CCNA before, unfortunately, failed it but is looking forward to take it again if he have some time.
