He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Data Center Engineer. He started off here as a tier one entry level technician to a tier 3 senior technician and currently advancing as an Asset Technician. They are doing a six-month rotation and asset tech in which they handle all inventory assets going in and out of the building procurements and ensure that server build technicians have the resources they need for various jobs. He is handling several different projects and roles at the moment in IBM.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his adaptability and time management. For his technical skills, he is strong with troubleshooting and networking. Also has an interest with cybersecurity and is finishing up his cloud architect professional certification. Rates himself a solid 4 out of 5 in network and troubleshooting.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has almost 6 years of experience in data center industry. Has lots of experience in fiber cabling do have some experience handling OTDR as well. And also good with fiber handling including installing optics, cleaning and receiving optics. He usually works with network engineering teams. Comfortable with working in Linux and currently doing some courses in it. Has done lots of CCNA courses and managed to study the 280-hour course in it; he is looking forward to take the certification and is preparing heavily for it.
