Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has been in Japan for a couple of decades already, his works are mostly on the engineering-related maintenance, air handling units, and chiller. He also have some data center experience especially with break fix, firmware upgrades, and patch panel. He has briefly worked before in the XXXX which offers and provides cooling solutions.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be Cisco command lines, terminal switches, and layer 3 routing. He also likes to work with Linux and is continuously getting better at it. In the engineering side, he is good with climate control, chillers, UPS, breaker, low voltages.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Has 5+ years of accumulated experience in the IT industry and has worked with fibers before but not much. For Linux, he is good with it and is constantly learning to get better at it. Have CCNA as well although it is already expired but has done it twice and thinks he’s good at it. Good knowledge of routing protocols as well.
