1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working as a Project Manager for a marketing technology mostly using Salesforce and other CRMs; she’s mostly doing marketing operations projects such as e-mail marketing, social media marketing, and also work with different teams from India, Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, Korea, and of course Japan. She’s also mostly client-facing, talking and communicating to clients and also to internal teams. Previously, she was with XXXX as a Digital Marketing Director where she was with the Tourism Division, mostly promoting tourism in her prefecture, did web managing, social media managing, content planning, and interviewed people; also did livestreaming for the target audience which are overseas people. Before that, she worked freelance and part time as a Tour Planner and Private Tutor.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her communication skills since she works as a project manager and needs to communicate and understand the client needs considering their working culture and environment, especially Japanese people. Also, since she has been working in the marketing side for years now, she can also consider herself strongest with marketing technology; in terms of tools, she’s great with Marketo, Salesforce, and project management tools as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 2+ years of experience doing project management and is familiar with tools such as Asana, Jira, and others. She is also experienced with supporting and executing projects from end-to-end and has great understanding of the business culture in Japan being a local. Also has used other tools such as Slack, Teams, mainly for communication.
