1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently with XXXX in Japan as a Senior Application Engineer where he is responsible for supporting the customers and field engineers in Asia including Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and China. He is also involved in new product design, development, and market research as well; after that, he’s also doing hardware design and software programming for them. Before this, he was with XXXX as an Engineer where he worked on both hardware and software design. He has worked with XXXX as a Senior Electronics Engineer where he did design and development of IoT LED lighting products. He started off as an Engineer Associate at XXXX where he is also working for both hardware and software.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be hardware design such as schematics and PCB layouts. He is also good with business system and sometimes do programming using Python. Overall, he is proficient with both hardware and software; believes he’s stronger in the hardware.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has over 8 years now of experience in the electronics engineering industry. He is good with FPGAs both hardware and software; he has worked with PCB layout and schematics as well as coding for FPGA. Strong with PCBs as well and proficient with schematics, diagrams, and datasheets. He frequently does testing and is also the one doing the technical data analysis or reports for them. Does lots of PCB design and assembly, does soldering atleast 2-3 days a week. Familiar and knowledgeable with LRC/RLC laws as well.
