1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He was previously working as a Project Manager focused on Infrastructure for XXXX wherein he's responsible for leading and managing A/V, infrastructure, and CCTV/security control projects for Japan region/clients, ensuring successful project delivery from conception to completion. His background and expertise lies mostly in AV system design and the integration of CCTV and/or other security control systems, on top of strong project management skills; he has a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, aligning with their client's needs. He also was responsible in overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, procurement, risk management, and compliance with local regulations and safety standards. He worked closely with local and international clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors and also has managed a team of about 7-8 people before so he's good with mentoring and leading people. Before this, he was an Associate PM for the same company and where he also helped manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution, and ensured that their systems are properly tested, commissioned, and integrated to meet the client’s needs.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his project management expertise, particularly in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects that involves infrastructure in general, specifically in A/V, security control systems such as CCTVs, locks, and such. He also has great ability to oversee the entire project lifecycle while ensuring all technical, budgetary, and regulatory requirements are met. He also has great balance in technical knowledge with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time. Additionally, his experience working within Japan's unique regulatory and cultural environment is a significant advantage in delivering successful, locally compliant projects
