1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has been in the IT industry for about 10+ years now and has worked with companies from US and India; mostly doing project management, coordination, and implementation of big projects. Currently, he’s in Japan and is working with a US-based company in the field of healthcare, they have a digital product that he is taking care of in terms of the operations, overall functional things of their software, and resolve issues with vendors as well. Before this, he was a Freelance Product Manager for an e-commerce venture focused on fitness and health management, and has created platform for different levels of activities. Previously was an HCM Delivery Manager as well for XXXX where he led team of project managers and consultants for delivery of customized solutions and integrated HR policies for large group of companies’ services. He was doing HCM consultancy and BA/CS Management as well during the earlier years of his career.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to understand requirements, know what the customer wants, what the problem is and resolving them as well. He’s also good with stakeholder management and has been into different industries including healthcare (wellness), online travel, and ecommerce spaces as well, mostly on HR and CRM systems.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He is strong in both project, product management, and has been HCM Delivery manager for several years so proficient with these types of roles. He has used both Agile and Waterfall; good with JIRA, Trello, Asana, and related tools. Also have used several teleconferencing systems before including Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams along with other in-house and third-party applications.
