1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his IT career about 10+ years ago where he initially was a developer, switched to QA engineer, lead, and Java development as well. When he came to Japan about 7 years ago, he was doing Software Engineering for XXXX in Tokyo where he has worked on an Emergency Alert System using different technologies and languages. He also was a QA Specialist for XXXX in Tokyo as well where he handled global teams of different departments, they worked there on a fast retailing project for Uniqlo. After that, he joined XXXX as a QA Analyst and is currently with XXXX where he is doing Agile Project Management and at some times, he had to switch and do QA Engineering for one of their clients. Apart from that, he is leading and overseeing the implementation of new IT process for the organization.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be project management and also has good skills communicating with clients and stakeholders. For industry and projects, he has exposure to quality assurance reporting/tracking using different project management tools and also has worked on an insurance platform/solution for one of their clients.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been doing project management and coordination for the last 3+ years and has mostly been doing QA Engineering as well at the same time. In terms of ticketing tool and project management tools he has been using JIRA and Asana mainly, and would be comfortable using variety of in-house and third-party applications.
