1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
She is originally from Nigeria and is now based in Japan. She has been in the project management field for over 7 years now and has worked in social development projects, technical innovation support project, and impact investment projects. She also has worked on some tech-focused projects in Upwork where she worked with developers to ensure that the customers’ user stories are brought to life. Her last role was with XXXX as a Team Lead for Special Projects & Partnerships where she spearheaded the development and execution of their strategic plan, has secured high-value partnerships, and increased funding as well. Also was the Head of Programs & Partnerships previously for XXXX where she has indirectly created about 3K jobs through 25+ startup initiatives. Started off as a Regional Program Manager for XXXX in Nigeria. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be project management in general including stakeholder management, process optimization, team coordination, and on the technical side of things, she’s good with tools including Slack, Trello, Asana, and JIRA as well. She also have some insights into some programming languages like CSS and HTML; soft skills wise, she is good mediating between customers and developers, understanding what needs to be done and navigate flow of information. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 7+ years of experience in project and program management, has mostly worked on the Agile environment and Waterfall methodology as well. For ticketing tool, has used JIRA mostly and is fine using both in-house and third-party applications. She is also good in supporting projects and programs from end-to-end.
