1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the Telco and ICT industry for the past 16 years and is primarily doing customer facing roles such as project manager, program manager, and operations manager. He started his career with XXXX where he was first an Engineer then later on moved to a Junior Project Manager role with them managing network deployment, modernization, and major transformation projects. Afterward, he moved to XXXX headquarters in Taiwan as a Network Program Manager where he worked as an internal consultant, improving different project situations, and then moved to Japan as a Network Consulting & Analytics Program Manager where he led about 20+ technical consultants from various countries, his last role with XXXX was Manager of Network Analytics Consulting where he was the primary business contact for high-profile B2B Japanese clients for project execution and delivery.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill and expertise would be project management since he has been doing this for about 16 years now, he also has PMP certification; he is pretty familiar with several project management-related tools, processes, and best practices as well. He’s also good with people management and has handled several teams before ranging from 5 to 40 people in different assignments. Has pretty strong communication skills and handling large scale technology projects.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 15 years of experience in project and program management, has great familiarity with variety of project management tools including JIRA Global, Kronos, Microsoft Office tools, and Teams as main communication platform. He has used Ericsson’s in-house methodology before which is similar to PMI and XLPM. Also comfortable using both in-house and third-party applications if needed.
