1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career in the Philippines where he did project management mainly on website maintenance and localization all over the world, most of their clients are from European countries. He has worked on localization of website and maintenance, has worked with different teams such as translators, copywriters, and such. He is currently doing Freelance Project Management in Japan, his most recent experience is for XXXX where he supported translation and localization of projects, has worked with integration projects as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be talking to clients, do negotiation in terms of feasibility of the planning, resource management, and assessing the risks of the projects as well. On the technical side, he’s good with document organization, dividing tasks to people on the teams, and also some project management tools.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 4+ years of experience on the project management side, has been using hybrid of Waterfall and Agile methodology. For project management tools, he’s good with Jira, Trello, and Confluence mostly, for call management systems, he is familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Meet as well. He is well-versed with both in-house and third-party applications as well.
