1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working with XXXX as an Industry Manager and has been in that company for about 10 years now. He is involved there of handling and managing enterprise companies mostly in the retail and finance, he’s also directly involved in sales in this company and is managing the whole advertising sales area. Before this, he was working for a marketing company called XXXX as their Digital Sales Director and Manufacturer Business Development, also did Digital Sales Support for the same company. Previously, he was managing startups and was a Director for his own company called XXXX. He started off as an Account Executive for XXXX where he provided advertising space for mid-career professional recruitment to small-to-medium startup companies in Shibuya. Most of his career has been in sales and business development.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be coverage in all sales aspect including doing direct sales, agency sales, for SME and enterprise companies. He’s also good in acquiring new businesses and customers for the company, and can build good relationship with existing customers as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has sales and business development experience for more than 15 years now and has strong understanding of the Japanese market and business since he’s a local and has been doing different sales job for many years now. He is mostly into retail, finance, and real estate sector but would be fine working in F&B, cafes, and restaurant area if ever. Has experience with cold calling and getting leads from different sectors as well.
