1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career with a job in Hong Kong called XXXX as a Chief Manager for Europe and Japan section, he was responsible there for placing orders, inspections of goods, and delivery as well to all their branches. After that, he went back to his hometown and joined XXXX, served as the Managing Director where he did all kinds of work such as sales, product planning, labor processing, and human resource stuff as well; they sell products to China, Hong Kong, and Korea, also in India, Japan. After that, he worked in some trading companies for about 4-5 years namely XXXX where he served as a Sales person and XXXX as a Trading Section Sales person where he mostly handled fashion items, clothing/apparel, shoes, and all related items. He is currently running his own busy called XXXX, as the CEO he’s also responsible for sales and buying of the trade and is also a one-man sales agent for domestic companies.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his deep understanding of the Japanese market, culture, and business that most foreign people or entities don’t usually get quickly. There are some norms and practices that he, as a Japanese, quickly understood the meaning such as decision-making, negotiation, and stuff. He is also strong with doing sales in the Japan market and building relationship with his customers and network in general.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 20 years of experience in doing sales both as an employee and also owner of his company. He is mostly focused on the fashion, clothing, and apparel industry and has experience handling blouses, jackets, bags, shoes, and other related items. He also can do sales in other industry such as computers, marketing, but would need some time to learn everything about the specific area.
