1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working for the automotive and industrial industry for about 16 years now, mostly doing sales function. He is currently a Sales Engineer for XXXX and was a Sales Leader for XXXX as well before where he handled electronic components and products. He was previously a Sales Team Leader for XXXX, where he worked for big automotive companies such as Honda, Toyota, and also Nissan mostly with B2B sales. Some of the products he has handled there includes heater, electric wires, and car sheets; he also worked with their OEM and Tier 1 parts maker. Before this, he was a Senior Sales Manager for the same company both in Japan and Vietnam for several years. He also was with XXXX and XXXX both as a Sales before where he also handled heat exchangers for manufacturing industry and worked on some product proposals as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be team management since he has worked in both Japan and Vietnam, has worked with different people as well. He’s also strong with sales since he has been doing it for a very long time now, mostly in the manufacturing and automotive industries.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 16 years of doing sales in Japan so he has deep understanding of the local culture, market, and business environment there. Aside from automotive, which is his main focus, he also has worked with different food companies and factories namely Ajinomoto where he also handled sales work with them. He would be comfortable working and handling marketing solutions products although he might need some time to catch up with the latest trends on that space.
