1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
After his graduation in university, he joined XXXX as a Sales Executive where he was mostly involved with food additives and mostly handling food businesses market. After that, he joined XXXX as a Sales Executive and Sales Promotion Director where he sold food products and services to food and beverage manufacturers, has worked with big fast-food chains such as KFC and Pizza Hut Japan; he was running the whole company there from creating new accounts to building new businesses. He also worked with XXXX as the Purchasing Team Leader where he was doing establishment and maintenance of SCM, worked with factories and suppliers in US and South America. Then he moved to XXXX as a Sales Director where they are selling food flavour to confectionary, mostly food additives as well; he reformed the whole sales management method in that company and has achieved lots of sales accomplishments. He was a Sales & Procurement Manager as well for XXXX where he developed new customers, distributors, and built deeper relationships with existing major customers as well. After that, he worked with XXXX as first a Key Account Manager then gradually moving up as their International Key Account Senior Manager where he was responsible for KPI setting, management, and coaching for both domestic and global members. He also worked closely there with XXXX Holdings and company in general. Also had a short stint with XXXX as their Vendor Success Manager where he was responsible for promotion of sales to partners and escalation support, also did formulation of sales channel expansion, also with XXXX as the Sales Director where he developed new distribution and improved relationships with existing customers. His most recent role was with XXXX as a Sales Director as well where he developed new registered restaurants on their portal site and also sales development.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be sales and building relationships both internally and externally. Apart from that, he has experience with developing new businesses mostly in the food & beverage industry since this is what he has been doing for the past 25+ years. He has good communication skills and is good with buildings team in a way to grow sales.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 25 years of experience in sales, mostly in the food & beverage industry. Has worked with food manufacturers, vendors, and also fast-food chains, restaurants. He also has deep knowledge and understanding of the Japanese market and business so he can help any company to navigate through it especially with F&B companies. Most of the products/services he has been involved with are related to food and consumables but would be willing and comfortable to handle marketing solutions as well. He also has experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce for sales tracking and management.
