1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Since 2020, she has been handling marketing and sales for a Japanese small company of material processing company, they make parts of machinery which she markets and sells to most of their clients; they are handling both large and small company/businesses in the manufacturing industry. Part of her responsibility there is to help expand their clients by developing new business opportunities. Before this, she was an Agricultural Consultant for a government sector where she provided agriculture consulting service including crop management, grant applications for management, and operational efficiency as well for farmers. She has a total of 8 years of experience now with 5 of it being in the sales area.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would her expertise in making and creating new lead of customers for their company. On top of that, she’s also good with marketing and has recently put up a 3-person team to get new leads and clients, in solution to their underlying issue of relying on few clients only.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 5 years of experience in doing inside sales and marketing as well, mostly for government and manufacturing sector. She is also very familiar with the Japanese market, culture, and business environment since most of her clients are locally based in Japan. Has experience working with small businesses as well and is good with CRM tools including Salesforce, Zoho, and their in-house CRM as well.
