1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 3 years of professional experience and is currently working as an IT Manager for XXXX where he is serving as an IT Specialist as well; he is responsible here for doing almost everything from hardware, software, and networking side. He also is doing maintenance and provide fast services to their end users. He came from an IT background and happens to be employed in a pharmaceutical company.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his communication skills since he can speak several languages; also good with communicating to internal and external teams. On top of that, he is also proficient with both hardware engineering and web engineering since it is included in his daily responsibilities.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been in the pharmaceutical space for about 3+ years now but is mostly involved in the IT space; doing hardware and software side of things. He is familiar with different software they are using in the company but since he came from an IT background, he is willing to learn more about the pharmaceutical side such as validation and stuff.
