1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 17 years of experience now in the IT industry and for the last three years, he is doing freelance IT & Information Security for different companies locally in Korea, he has worked on a consulting firm where he was in charge of their overall IT Infrastructure design and changes, also has worked with the Natural Base Korea where he oversaw the operations of private enterprises that export Korean goods overseas. Before this, he was with XXXX as an IT & Information Security Manger where he was responsible for their Active Directory and operation management of DLP & ERP. He was also a Technical Subject Matter Expert for XXXX where he was product support and remote support as well for overseas. Before this, he was mostly a Customer Support, Data Management, and several IT Infrastructure related roles.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his computer and IT troubleshooting since he has been doing this for most of his career of about 17 years now. He knows everything about Windows OS, security design and policies, and anything related to infrastructure and technical support. He also is familiar with the operation side of networking and power switching.
