1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He graduated with an engineering degree nearly 30 years ago and have worked on multiple business and industry including oil and gas, nuclear, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor. He started working in software for companies like XXXX and XXXX doing automation in installation and integration, commissioning process, and moved on about 15 years ago into site-based construction installation and commissioning, also did project management. He previously worked with XXXX under the High Tech division which was mainly for biologics and semiconductor industries, and basically all with regulatory requirements. He also has business development experience where he looked for new contracts, new projects for life science predominantly in Southeast Asia and India. After COVID, he joined XXXX in Malaysia; he first worked on Singapore for the design and construction of semiconductors and then currently, he’s working as a Consultant for a number of engineering companies in different industries, one is an insurance company and the other one is panel and electrical equipment manufacturing for data centers.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project delivery and management especially for complex and large-scaled projects. He is also good with manging people and subcontractors; the biggest direct management he handled is normally about five people but the structure can go up to about 5000.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has great experience with the pharmaceutical industry and also has worked with Samsung for their biologics before, he is knowledgeable with the process and validation. He is also a people person so can easily do a customer-facing role, also good with understanding customer workflow and requirements. Also has the technical background and can be good with IT, SaaS, and such.
