1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working with XXXX as a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate where he is managing QMS tasks and documentation of the progress of all ongoing processes to minimize human error and ensure reliable process data. On a daily basis, he’s doing deviation: start the investigation, write reports and present it to customers; he is also the one reviewing the process documents. He is very familiar with biopharmaceutical GMP documents as well and has been working with activities related to it for the past 13 months.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his eye and attention for details; he is responsible for reviewing and ensuring there are no error in the reports before they launch/sell their products. In terms of industry, he’s strong with biopharmaceutical one.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been working in the pharma space for over 1 year and is mainly familiar with qualification rather than validation. He can be also customer facing and can learn how to understand customer workflow and requirements.
