1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently with XXXX as their Global Quality where he is responsible for the whole quality control department. They are building a new facility in Songdo and he’s overseeing the quality control lab and procedure development now, they are expecting for it to be fully operational by end of next year; for now, they are developing procedures validation plan. Before this, he worked for XXXX as the Head of QC where is mostly involved with biological and small molecules drug product testing and such; he is also mainly overseeing the whole product and branches in Singapore, Korea, China, and Japan. He started off with XXXX which is a similar company to his recent ones, he was the QC Manager for Chemistry back then and he was involved with building new labs and facilities, also did process validation himself. He also set up an IT System back then; set up a server and backup system, as well as user management system/monitoring system. He covered back then the main part of QC operations and product management.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would from doing QC to almost everything since he has been both in QA and QC operations. He has wide range of experience as well including product development, lab transfers, commercialization, and small-large molecule drug products. He believes he has touched almost everything in the pharmaceutical space.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been in biotech, pharmaceutical industry for about 20+ years. He is also well versed with validation and whole pharma process since he has been working with this for a long time now. Can also be customer or client facing, can understand customer workflow and requirements especially in the pharma space.
