She majored in Industrial Engineering and has a strong background in the manufacturing area of cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry. She is currently working in XXXX as a Site Operational Excellence Lead where she is involved with transformation and culture innovation; she’s also in charge of managing people, change management, and the technical things in their work. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Senior QA Analyst where she was responsible of ensuring quality systems and SOP are in place for all GMP/GDP activities.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her negotiation skills, training people, and is a very good team player. Aside from that, she is a fast learner and loves to have challenges in her career. Also has good leadership skills and change management as well.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has been in the pharmaceutical space for about 7+ years during her time with first and second company. Exposed and knowledgeable with different types of validation as well such as process validation and GxP validation. Can be customer and client facing, has experience with vendor and external manufacturer management as well.
