1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently the Lead Scientist for a biomanufacturing company in South Korea, XXXX, where he was involved in performing tech transfer for bio manufacturing processes using Oracle for the last couple of years. He also have led a small group of over six people for tech transfer projects and was also involved in digital transformation including electronic MBR, electronic books, and utilized platforms to pursue next product line for mainframe collection.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his bio manufacturing process skills and also doing tech transfers as well. He is also great with communicating with their clients, internal teams, and other management teams as well; also great with handling, connecting with stakeholders.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He is having about 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in XXXX; he has been working there as a scientist since he started his career. Also familiar with the process validation and stuff in the pharma space. He has been working as a representative for their company for few years now which entails communicating to their clients, getting their requirements, sharing intention, and up to implementation as well.
