1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as Postdoctoral Associate at XXXX where he is basically serves as an international research professor. He has finished his PhD from 2017-2021 where he focused on the identification of Antibiofilm and antifungal compounds against the multi-drug resistance. With his background, he is deeply rooted in the microbiology and genomics and has around 15 years of experience already in maintaining microbial culture, media in sterile environment, and strictly adheres to the standard operating procedure as well. Before this, he was a Microbiologist in QC and a Consultant for XXXX in India where he has actively contributed to the licensing processes for small scale package, drinking water packaging company; in this experience, he has understood the regulatory details governing the assurance, ICS guidelines, or data integrity, quality assurance, and GMP specification. Also have done validation regulatory audits and as an academic contributor, he served as an undergraduate lecturer as well where he shared his knowledge about life sciences and such.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be working with the micro-organisms and currently working with an advisor who is working in the polymer sector. Another expertise of him is that he have guided several students in doing research so he’s pretty proficient with doing it already, good with handling a team and managing others as well.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry for about 12 years now, including his time as PhD and research works. He is pretty familiar already with the validation process especially during his professional experience in India. Confident with his customer facing skill as well and can understand customer workflow, requirements.
