1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has completed his Master of Science in Chemistry last 2 years ago; after finishing that, he started his career with XXXX in Pakistan as a Quality Control Officer under the Quality Control department. He was responsible there for testing active raw materials, inactive, and finished products as well as making their final list of finished goods to be exported to different countries. He got to experience using different tools there such as HPLC, Ultraviolet UV, and FTI. After that, he got another offer with XXXX where he also served as a Senior Analyst for several months, then went to Korea and joined the Research and Development Department of XXXX; he is currently working for a project under the Hyundai Motors and provide them a material for membrane of water purification.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be handling major analysis instruments in the laboratory such as HPLC, UV, FPA, SCM, and others; moreover, he is also well versed of how the pharmaceutical industry works in general and is mostly involved in meetings with CEO and managers so has great experience of presentations during meetings.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has about 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is also experienced with different validations including instrument validation, department validation, and CTD as well. He has marketing background as well so he’s confident being customer or client facing type of guy and also has an MBA background. He has used some software before for releasing their products in the store and such so he’s okay using or supporting clients with these types of software again.
