1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off working with their family company and mostly doing fashion/clothing manufacturing and marketing back then. After that, since his major is Physiology, Biological Engineering and joined XXXX; he started off there in the manufacturing and validation group, then after he was relocated to QA department as a Validation staff. After that, he had the chance to do clinical trials and was in charge of the Eastern and Western Europe for about a year, and when he came back, he was promoted as a manager where he was responsible for batch record release, clinical and document release, and has lots of experience with inspections and audits as well. After that, he transitioned from pharmaceutical to cosmetics industry, joined XXXX as a Senior Manager where he was responsible for the APAC compliance lead and was working with other APAC managers; they have set up policies, procedures, and also support forward all the regulatory requirements. Currently, he’s with XXXX as a Quality Department Manager for Korea and he’s handling all the Korean products, he was reporting before to their US Director then later on, he was reporting to their market leaders and senior directors.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be GMP, quality-wise, CGMP, validation and compliance. He’s also good with quality control, doing quality audits, and of course the manufacturing process as well. In terms of the industry, he’s expertise lies with the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 10 years. He also considers himself strong with the validation process since he has been doing this as well for most of his previous experiences. Also great customer facing skills and can understand customer workflow and requirements.
