1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She started her career for over 2 decades now and was initially with XXXX where she’s responsible for PMO, supporting their SCM, and also developing their own innovation competency model. After that, she was the Lead of SD Module in ship-building & construction industry where she was working with dataflow and securing data integrity via SAP and legacy systems; she also acquired great experience there about system implementation of all processes in different dimensions such as manufacturing, chemical, and biologics companies. Since the XXXX joint venture closed, she moved to XXXX and was in charge of building foundation of the GMP strategy and methodology, also had to combine their methodology with biopharma methodology based in GMP and other regulatory basis. She also was responsible for system implementation, ERP enhancement by modules. After that, she moved to XXXX as a Senior Manager where she was involved with large and small projects in operation process innovations. She then had to move to contracting roles since she had to attend to some family matters, joined XXXX as a Team Lead for the Digital Transformation team where she was in charge of two parts: digital experiences and GMP side of the backbone system. They manage and implement the system of GMP like ERP, CRMs, LIMS, and was working with lots of GenAI, chatbot system as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her passion to integrate and give benefit to any functions, to add value to the business that she’s handling. Also, over the 20 years of her career, she can be strong in process innovation as well and good with her IT integration skills.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has about 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is also familiar/knowledgeable with process validation in the pharma space. She also has a short stint of customer/client facing role currently in her company and previously with XXXX. Have strong experience implementing eDMS, LIMS, and other computerized system validations as well so she can help implement and manage the software of the client.
