1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He had his postgraduate from UK and has been in the industry working in the domain of pharmacovigilance for the last 15 years. He has done biopharma work with contract research organizations, worked with IT companies in various roles as well, but all of them is related to pharmacovigilance especially safety reporting. Currently, he’s the Director of Pharmacovigilance for XXXX and led the teams in APAC including Japan, Korea, and small teams in Singapore, China, and Taiwan. He has been managing clinical projects and also managed them from the IT side of things; he’s also mainly responsible there for people management and driving overall growth and operational excellence within the teams he manage. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Senior Manager and also did some Business Analyst roles for XXXX.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great knowledge and experience with the pharmacovigilance domain since he has showcased his ability here to lead and operationalize requirements across different agencies and regulatory authorities. Another strong skill would be his people management skill since he has been doing that for the past 6-8 years of his career; great with business analysis as well and has worked with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into end-user objectives as well as support them with their user acceptance testing.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost 15 years of experience in the pharma industry, he’s familiar and strong with the process (validation, testing) and is also strong with managing clinical/IT projects. He is a great customer-facing candidate and can easily understand customer workflow and requirements since he has business analyst past experience.
