1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He graduated from XXXX with degree in Biological Sciences. He has about 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, mostly in GMP manufacturing plant. Throughout his career, he has specialized in aseptic process and has experience about various projects including factory expansion, build, product transfer, and regulatory inspections including FDA and MHR. His first company was with XXXX where he was part of the QA and Validation team then moved to XXXX where he worked for overseas projects. Then his next and his last company was XXXX where he worked for good 10+ years; he started there with the Validation team and was focused on cleaning, validation, and sterilization. After that, he moved to another position where he was the manager of manufacturing science and technology focused on aseptic and sterilization as well as technical transfer of new products for their R&D. His last role there was the Head of QA where he was mostly in charge of FDA inspection especially the product he participated during the transfer.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be aseptic process since he has been doing this for most of his career along with different types of validation; cleaning, process validation. He was also a global committee for PDA and was the Vice President of PD Korea chapter. In terms of industry, he is confident with pharmaceutical industry.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been working in the pharmaceutical space since he started his career. Strong with validation and has performed this number of times for previous roles. He also has done technical transfer for their new products; mostly familiar of pharma-related software but as a customer and not the one selling/supporting it.
