1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Manager where he is mostly consulting manufacturing operations on how to improve manufacturing process, eliminate customer problems, and implement data solutions as well; his main area in this company is manufacturing and quality-related stuff for clients in the pharmaceutical industry and bit of semiconductor industry. Before this, he was working with XXXX as a Manager as well where he started being involved with manufacturing process control and implement data solution for smart factory, it’s very similar to his current role.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great experience in the manufacturing process at the same time he’s great with implementing data solutions to their customers and clients. He’s strong with pharmaceutical and biotech industry as well since he has been working in this space for the whole of his career.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been in the pharmaceutical industry since he started his career and is knowledgeable, exposed with the validation process. He’s experienced with using eDMS and LIMS especially during his first job so he’s quite familiar already. Great customer-facing skills and can understand customer workflow and requirements.
