1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career as a Researcher in a biopharmaceutical company called XXXX, he was responsible there for some projects related to recombinant protein, also did lots of cultivation, purification, and lots of analysis. After some time, he moved to XXXX as a QC Team Leader where he performed different method validation of product release test and have implemented the Quality Control system according to cGMP. Several years then, he went back to XXXX as a Senior Project Leader where he developed some vaccines and was involved in different clinical trials. Later on, he was promoted as the R&D QC Team Leader for them and also QA & QC Director for the same company where he was doing GMP audits, document management, and technical transfer management as well of their processes and methods. He was also a Quality Assurance Specialist for XXXX and a Director of Quality Assurance/Consultant for XXXX where he oversee all quality activities at GMP and GCP, also reviewed the documents and design of new manufacturing facilities. He was also a Consultant/Technical Consultant for several different companies including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and currently, he’s an Executive Director for XXXX where he is responsible for establishing quality system of about 5 companies, also doing documents review and regulatory compliances for them.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his system building skills especially in QA, QC, and other quality systems such as GMP documents and related stuff: INT, CTD, and CMC. He also have real practice experience with them for more than 30 years now so very strong with it. Also proficient with purification and related processes.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical companies since he started his career and has been in it for about 30+ years now. He has strong experience with validation including process validation, method validation, and stuff. He is also familiar with some software and IT related stuff in the industry but mostly the basic concepts of it.
