1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Before coming to work in South Korea, he used to work in his home country in Nepal where he worked for almost 10 years; 5 years as the Head of Department in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and the rest as an R&D Department Head. Way back in XXXX, he was doing QA and regulatory for pharmaceutical and food products, he was involved with analysis documentation and regulatory aspects as well in that role. Then he came to Korea for his PhD and currently a Research Professor for XXXX where he lead research projects focusing in pre formulations, formulation, and screening characterization of small molecules and biologics. He’s also involved with vaccine formulations, screening discovery to optimization, marketing, and documentations; also worked with different industries or universities for collaboration in screenings. He also used to interact with regulatory department without marketing license, product registrations, or stability studies; also doing GMP and ISO audits.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be quality assurance and regulatory affairs, or in resource aspect like resource associates related to formulations. He has been doing these things since his previous work in Nepal and current role in South Korea.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been in the industry for about 10+ years now, mostly focused in pharmaceutical space so he’s quite familiar and exposed already in the whole process including validation. Good with customer-facing roles as well and can understand customer workflow and requirements. During his time in Nepal, he also has set up a locally-made software for pharmaceutical use as well, so he can easily understand ERPs and software.
