1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has completed his Ph.D. way back in India and after that, got a Postdoc position in South Korea, at XXXX. After that, he had to go back to India and worked as a CSIR-Research Associate for the XXXX in the XXXX. Then he returned to Korea as a Research Professor for XXXX where he is working with Korean Government projects to National Research Foundation projects. He also has been a principal scientist for them and has recently completed his project with XXXX, then went back to being a full time professor again.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be computer-aided drug design where he would screen the original compound, test the compound with the help of biological team and also great with publishing papers and patents.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been in the pharmaceutical industry since he started his career and educational background; familiar already with process validation and other pharmaceutical stuff. Has recently finished a project with XXXX so he’s quite good being customer/client facing, and can understand customer requirement and workflow.
