1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off in pharmaceuticals in small molecules back in 2006 and stayed with XXXX as a QC Manager where he was involved with tablets, capsules, and more of R&D products. After that, moved to XXXX as a QC Lab Manager where he did parental sterile manufacturing and after that, got the opportunity to work in Korea so he joined XXXX as a Quality Engineer to start and later on as a QC Unit Director; he set up their company with a fully GMP complaint unit setup from scratch including procedures, training personnel, and stuff for about 3 years. After that, he switched to XXXX as a Global Quality Management Team Lead where the company wanted to upgrade their quality system which is his expertise, so he did that for them for about 3 years. After that, he was offered as an Executive VP for XXXX where he is the Head of Manufacturing and enforced changes in the quality culture in Korea; after about two years, he handed over the control to his subordinate and is just acting as Executive Advisor for them.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be pharmaceuticals quality system in general including governing QC/QA operations as well as manufacturing. He has a very broad experience in building those systems to be fully GMP complaint as required by regulatory agencies. For his technical expertise, he covers process validations, analytical method validations as well as QV commissioning qualifications and those kinds of things. Lastly, he is also good with CMC preparations for submission and inspection, preparations, and defects.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He is strong and exposed with the pharmaceutical industry since he has been working in this space for about 20+ years now. Proficient with the whole process and validation in the pharma space and has strong customer-facing skill, as well as customer workflow and requirements understanding.
