1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working with XXXX under the Manufacturing Team where he is mostly in charge with establishing manufacturing records and product standards, also with the overall process validation. Before this, he was with XXXX as a DS Manufacturing Team where he worked on replacement of drug substances and also working on different GMP documentations for them. He started off as a Raw Materials Analyst for XXXX where he was doing analysis and report analyse lots of different cases for their projects. He is also currently studying for his Master’s Degree in Dongguk University.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his variety of experience in the quality and manufacturing side of things; he has done lots of testing and verification as well as GMP documentations. Apart from that, he is proficient with process validation and can consider himself strong with it.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has about 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical space and has been dealing with lots of validation and verification. He is also familiar with pharmaceutical-related software products such as eDMS, etc.
