1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is a certified GMP Pharmaceutical Quality System Lead Auditor and she’s a Certified Associate Project Management as well. She has great expertise in strategy and quality system consulting especially for the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, cosmetics, or medical devices products; she is also currently developing GMP and GxP documents for clients. Previously, she worked as a QA Manager and was engaged in projects and systems such as implementation of Veeva Systems, Master Control QMS, SAP as ERP system, LMS, and eDMS; also conducts audits and provide support to engineers in modifying/developing electronic systems.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be pharmaceutical product system and GMP auditing; she was also involved in reviewing validation for systems and documents as well as design configuration. Her expertise mostly lies with overall GMP audits including compliance to regulations and requirements.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has great experience in the pharmaceutical industry for over 7 years now, starting with XXXX and XXXX; knowledgeable with different types of validation such as process validation, GxP validation, cleaning validation, AMV, and CSV as well. Has about 3+ years of customer or client-facing experience during her time with previous pharma company, mostly talking to clients and getting their requirements. Has good familiarity and knowledge of how to use different pharma-related software so she’s confident to support/manage it for clients.
