1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He majored in Pharmaceutical Engineering in XXXX and after graduation, joined XXXX as a QA Specialist where he was mostly working with GMP audits for more than 20 companies in Korea and India, handled QMS, and CMOs as well. After that, he moved to XXXX as a QA Specialist where he again performed GMP audits for local CMOs and managed technology transfer of chemical products between SU and RU. Then, he is now working with XXXX as a Quality Professional where he is handling product quality and compliance issues, also contribute to improvements with their QMS, he is also doing the technology transfer here of biological products and chemical products; he is handling mostly incoming checks of the product, customer complaints, documents related to GMP, work closely with lead auditor from the headquarters, and lastly handling CPS, contract laboratory in Korea.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his experience in local manufacturer and also import company like his current and previous one. He also have strong connection already in Korea, especially local companies and manufacturers so that’s one of his strengths; can also speak fluent English compared to other locals.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been in the pharmaceutical industry for about 12+ years now, only bit of experience in the computer system validation but has been working on documents on when he was in local manufacturing site; overall he’s strong in pharma validation in general. Has been handling and managing local Korean clients so he can be customer-facing and can understand customer workflow and requirements as well.
