1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working with XXXX, has been in this company for 18+ years now and is an Analytical Team Leader for them where he is part of the quality control department doing processions in antibody drug release analysis techniques, method validation, and qualification as well. She also have experience with quality management and strict compliance of quality relations. Aside from that, she has extensive track record of responding to audits from various consultancy and partners including US FDA, can conduct investigations, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution for quality issues/incidents. Also have experience with providing support and troubleshooting to laboratories abroad, improved their sentiment analysis especially for product concentration and purity.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be investigation and finding new codes. She’s also good and has established the corrective, preventive action. She’s been with pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry since she started her career so is strongest in this industry.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been in the pharmaceutical space since she started her career and has been involved already with the processes, especially validation and investigation. She can also be customer facing and can understand customer workflow and requirements, although she doesn’t have much experience doing this in the past, more on indirectly working with clients.
