- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has background in the biotech and after graduation, she started working as a QA Specialist in a food manufacturing plant in Canada for different companies including XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX; she was there for about five years. Currently, she has returned back to Korea and is working as a Safety Food Auditor for XXXX, she was responsible here for going to restaurants, retailers, and food manufacturers to check their food safety and inspect their legal documents and such. She is also responsible for communicating with them and writing a report for corrective actions if she finds any non-compliances. She also used to work for the mentoring practice and dealt with mostly HACCP and GMP, she also maintained their management system (QMS) using SAP program, managed the team of technicians and such.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her strong attention to details and communication skills. As a QA specialist or auditor, she believes it’s important to be able to communicate to other between departments and find the agreement between legal requirement and the needs from operations team.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Her background is within biotechnology, worked on microbiology and analytical chemistry as well so she has good understanding of pharmaceutical microbiology pathogens and all the relevant instruments. She is also good with GMP and has a certification on it. Also good experience with customer/client-facing since she has been doing this as a QA specialist/inspector for the whole of her career.
