1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Graduated with Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics. After graduation, he worked for around two years in XXXX in India as a Research Executive, he was mostly working in formulation development of making tablets, ointments, and liquid formulation as well. After that, he moved to South Korea to pursue his PhD where he worked with topical and oral formulations, also was working with nanoparticle drug delivery systems, and afterwards, worked as an Associate Scientist, Process Development with XXXX, a subsidiary of XXXX, where he was working with bottle and injection formulations of Botox and then after that, went back to India due to personal reasons, where he again worked with injection formulation and autonomic formulations. After some time, he again moved to South Korea to pursue his Postdoctoral research and is now working with ginseng-based formulations and also other supplements; on a daily basis, he performs experiments and figure out solutions if the formulation will be successful or not. He mostly works in formulations, literatures, and research article writing; also helping Masters and PhD students with their experiments and research articles.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his knowledge in different formulations; considers it his expertise. He is mostly proficient with both topical and injection formulations. Aside from that, his strongest skill is communication and fluency in English since he is able to understand his coworkers and there’s little to no miscommunication at all.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He is strong and exposed with the pharmaceutical industry since his studies and even in his professional works. He is also involved with the whole process and validation space as well. He can be customer facing and can understand customer workflow and requirements for this role.
